Getting Ready for Trunk-Or-Treat

Trunk-or-treat is like a tailgate party held for your favorite sports team. Community organizations host trunk-or-treats in places like a parking lot at a church or community center. Adults get together and deck their vehicles out with Halloween decorations.

Kids participating in the event go trunk-to-trunk, instead of ringing doorbells around their neighborhood in the dark. Perhaps, you might find that this is a safer way for your kids to enjoy Halloween.

Halloween Decoration Ideas

  • Jungle Safari: Collect a gang of stuffed animals to place on the back of a van or hatchback. Surround animals with fake rocks and grass.
  • Pumpkin Patch Nightmare: Fill a hatchback with plastic pumpkins with scary faces. Place lanterns around the pumpkins.
  • Witch Party: One adult dresses up like a witch and hands out spooky treats to kids.

The entire team at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group, in Downingtown, would like to wish all of our Pennsylvania drivers a safe and happy Halloween.
