Whether you have leased from us or not, Jeff D'Ambrosio is happy to guide you through the lease turn-in process. You DO NOT have to return your vehicle to the dealer it was leased from. Our knowledgeable staff is happy to provide turn-in service, answer questions and offer advice regarding the following:

That's why we've included some helpful information on what to expect when you turn in your lease. The links below are designed to provide peace of mind by helping you inspect your vehicle prior to turn-in and giving you an overview of the return process at Jeff D'Ambrosio's.
VEHICLE TURN-IN INFORMATION
Starting with the vehicle turn-in process, Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group wants to help make your move from one Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep® vehicle to the next as easy as possible.
We've included helpful tips on your end-of-term options, as well as your vehicle turn-in.
When your current lease or contract expires, you can choose from the following options:
Arrange for an extension of your lease (directly with Chrysler Financial)
Pay off your vehicle or finance the predetermined purchase amount to keep the vehicle
Or simply turn in your vehicle, pay any final charges and be on your way.
LEASE TURN-IN PRE-INSPECTION
Prior to vehicle turn-in, you may wish to perform a pre-inspection to find out in advance if your vehicle will pass the final inspection. You are invited to come in to Jeff D'Ambrosio's for a free pre-inspection or you may do so on your own. While you are not responsible for "normal wear and tear," such as minor dings, scratches or lightly soiled upholstery, you may be responsible for "excess wear and tear" such as more serious and apparent body damage.
If you determine repairs are necessary, you may want to make an appointment to have your vehicle evaluated at our dealership. Repairs must be completed prior to turn-in to avoid any additional charges. Some repairs could be covered under warranty or insurance, which can result in significant savings. We also have a full-service body shop that can repair any exterior damage to your vehicle.
