I went to Jeff D after searching for the vehicles online, I was introduced to Bob Whelan after being very politely greeted at the front door. I have purchased many vehicles from several dealers around Chester County and this purchase was going to be my biggest yet, so I was fully prepared to walk away at any moment that I wasn't comfortable with the experience. Bob was so nice, I told him what I wanted to see and after dragging him around the huge lot several times in the 95 degree heat, he never lost patience or showed any frustration. Because my purchase was going to be large I decided to take a day or so to think about it, Bob allowed me the time make my decision without trying to keep me there and make my purchase immediately. Had that happened I would NOT have bought from him, instead he called me the next day to see if I needed any further info or assistance in choosing the right car for me and my budget. Being afraid to purchase a $33,000 problem that someone else got rid of, I instinctively looked at a cheaper vehicle (that I didn't like as much) at no time did Bob pressure me to make the more expensive purchase and talked to me about BOTH vehicles equally; because of this I bought the more expensive vehicle with the piece of mind that it was a good vehicle and not something a salesman was just trying to get a commission on. I also researched the vehicle and found that the asking price was actually $2,000 lower than the KBB!! When I came in to purchase the vehicle I was shocked to find out Bob had actually researched some different payment options and had them prepared which saved me hours of sitting and waiting for the banks and loan companies, it's great that he felt that just because he had to be there all day didn't mean I had to! I will make sure when it comes time for me to purchase my next vehicle I will deal with Bob at Jeff's, had I not had the chance of being directed to him I would not have been comfortable with making my purchase (and would not have). P.S. My biggest fear was going into a dealership alone, as a woman, and not being swindled or being treated as a "dumb woman" who doesn't know a thing about cars (which I don't). I wasn't I was treated as a person making a financial commitment just as a person should be treated. Thanks Bob and Jeff!

Neil, by far is one of the most helpful, caring, and understanding Car Salesman I have run into. If Jeff dosent have it, Neil will find it! This is the fourth vehicle I bought off him, and my wife also bought four from him. From now on, Jeffs IS the only car dealership for us! Mike and Kay McGowan.

To be succinct, Edgar was an absolute pleasure to work with. It?s refreshing to find a sales associate who is honest and upfront, and who doesn?t try to be sneaky with up-sales or games with the price. (And I've dealt with shifty sales dudes before.) I walked into Jeff D?Ambrosio with a copy of the MSRP, told Edgar exactly what I was looking for in the FIAT, and the payments I was willing to make. Not only did he get the payments down $10 less per month, but he also had me in the exact (and I mean precise) FIAT that I was looking for. The icing is that I had the car two days after meeting him ? just in time for the weekend. So to recap: I got the car I wanted without exception, at the price I was willing to pay without exception, and from a solid man who is honest and enthusiastic. Now my friend wants a FIAT after seeing mine. I will definitely send him to Edgar. (By the way, I didn?t select all 5?s in the review out of laziness, but as a completely satisfied customer telling the truth according to my experience.)

My experience with the good folks at Jeff D'Ambrozio Jeep was the greatest. After an extremely bad experience at another dealership I called Tiffany Fiedler (Internet Sales Manager). I briefly explained what happened to me and asked for a quote for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara that I thought would be a good fit for my family and budget. She immediately gave the quote which was a great price. I did a lot of research, knew most of the figures, and would have accepted a higher quote as a fair price but her numbers amazed me. My response was if when I arrived at the dealership and this was the actual price it was a done deal. She assured me that what was quoted would be the price and I headed over immediately. Upon arrival I was introduced to our salesman Matt Sundermier. He was also as honorable and honest as Tiffany. Our interaction was extremely low pressure and pleasant. Matt didn't try any of the typical sales tricks and was up front throughout the entire process even though he knew that I had financing in place already. A true gentleman. Once my trade was appraised he informed me and even came up on that figure. Matt then asked if I would allow him to try to get me a lower interest rate and if so would I let them have the financing. Well with the way everything went up to that point I agreed and low and behold they did it again (I was a happy camper). Matt is the first car salesman that I can honestly say is a man of character and I trust him. AND during the entire process he never left me for a backroom meeting with a sales manager that's so typical in the business. My seven year old daughter even said that she really likes Matt. When it was time to sign the financial papers I was introduced the Jennifer. She was also great. Jennifer wasn't out for my blood with add ons like other dealer finance people. Everything was explained in detail with no smoke and mirrors. She also was up front with everything and sort of reminded me of a beautiful version of Joe Friday (the facts and nothing but the facts). Another great experience. Tiffany, Matt, and Jennifer truely are great assets to the Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group and stand taller than the rest of the automotive sales crowd I've ever dealt with in my sixty one years. These are people of integrity who you can trust and I highly recommend calling Tiffany and working with Matt and Jennifer if you're looking for a vehicle and don't like the old sales process. Try them. Oh ! Our Jeep is great too !!!

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with! They claimed to support service members and the USAA pricing program, but at the last minute they decided that they were going to increase the price of a nearly fifty thousand dollar vehicle up by 3 thousand dollars just because it was hard to find on the east coast. The internet manager, TIffany, admitted this to me even though the Jeep sales manager, Bill Wang, denied it (right before he hung up on me). How can a dealership like this claim to support the troops when they go out of their way to price gouge them just because they want a vehicle that is rare? I am absolutely disgusted with this business and have already reported them to the military consumer affairs office which will place them on a "do not associate" list so that other service members will not experience the same.

Bob was great and incredibly helpful! He was able to give us a great deal on our trade in and put us in a beautiful new car. He is nice and friendly and never once made us feel like our conversation was nothing but a sales pitch. When it comes time to replace our other vehicle, I will be going back to see Bob again!

I have been buying cars here for about 15 years now wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Bruce did a superb job, above and beyond his normal excellent job. Would recommend him highly. Bruce has been the only person I have had the pleasure of dealing with for all of the 15 years. Over those 15 years I have bought 6 cars, all from Bruce. My son is now a devoted Bruce buyer and he also will not go anyplace else. My son was petrified of buying a brand new car and had no idea what to expect. At one point he turned to me and asked me to do all the talking because he was afraid of being laughed off the showroom floor. He does not have credit and has nothing but bad experiences trying to buy even a used car. It did not take long for my son so become even more scared thinking the loan officer was laughing at him because he was applying for a new car. I told my son to calm down and just open up and let Bruce know his fears and to trust him. Well about 20 minutes later Bruce sat down and said by the way your also approved. My son just looked at him and could not believe his ears. He has called me every morning from his new car's bluetooth to thank me for taking him to Bruce and how happy he is. He still is under the "OMG I can not believe I am in a brand new car Momma" state of mind. My daughter will be also going to Bruce next year for her very first brand new car. Bruce is more like family now at this point. They do not judge and you never have to feel embarrassed or ashamed if you have credit issues or no credit. If anyone reads this and has ever had the feeling of being looked down on or embarrassed or just plain scared to walk into a dealership not knowing what to expect, please go and sit down at Bruce's desk. If I am willing to take my children to Bruce that means you as well will trust him as I do with the most precious things in the world to me, my children.

We came into the dealership without an appointment and was first greeted by Dave. He was super friendly and had us sit down right away and got to know us. He was very knowledgable and understood what we were looking for. At other dealerships I always felt pressure from the salesmen, Dave did not make me feel like this at all. I went in thinking I was going to come with a used car, but Dave made me feel confident that I could afford a new car. For the first time in my life I was able to buy a brand new car, it was exciting and Dave and Dealership made that happen. I received a fantastic deal and felt great leaving there with my new car. I will definitely come back and buy my next vehicle there and recommend them to anyone, especially to go see Dave. Fantastic job!

I would recommend this dealership WITH RESERVATION. Salesmen were friendly & knew their products. However, there was a problem with paperwork that should have been submitted from the dealership to USAA resulting in our paying a higher interest rate. Also, after we signed the papers, I realized that the price we paid for the Fiat (was higher than what USAA had recommended we be offered by about $4,000. So, these two issues impact our perception of the knowledgeability of salesmen, or, I wonder if they were rushing a bit because it was the last day of the year. In hindsight, I am not sure if I was offered the best price. This is of concern since we will be looking for a car next year and I am ambivalent about returning.

Very impressive service department. They don't play gimmicks and provide excellent service. Highly highly recommend. Had a vibration from uneven tire tread and they rotated my tires for free.
