Chrysler 200 Takes Off Where Sebring Stalled

New Chrysler 200 Sedans in Every Color, Every Trim - All Below $30K

After 2010, Chrysler put the Sebring nameplate to rest and merged some of its traits into an updated and more elegant sedan:  the 2011 Chrysler 200. One of the new nameplate's most talked about new offerings was the optional Chrysler Pentastar V6 engine. Whereas the standard Chrysler 200 engine delivered 173 horsepower, 166 lb-ft of torque, and 20 city/31 highway mpg, the Pentastar was immediately touted as a "class leader" because of its commanding 283 horsepower, 260 lb-ft of torque, and 19 city/29 highway mpg.

Now, in its second year of manufacture, the Chrysler 200 carries on, earning high marks from Consumer Reports for the Pentastar's smooth and steady power; from the Detroit Free Press for its responsive steering; and from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety as a 2012 Top Safety Pick. (Just to name a few.)

The Chrysler 200 Touring sedan offers the two engine options, 6-speed automatic transmission, 17" alloy wheels, interior leather trim, automatic climate control and a trip computer.

The Chrysler 200 Limited takes drivers a step up with its leather upholstery, heated front seats, 18" alloy wheels, remote start, Bluetooth connectivity and Uconnect? media system with voice command. The Uconnect? in-dash display provides access to navigation and traffic information, satellite radio, entertainment options for backseat passengers and much, much more.

The Chrysler 200 S and Convertible 200 S are top-of-the-line sedans. Both feature the Pentastar V6 engine, special suede details on the interior, especially detailed exterior trim, superb Boston Acoustics surround sound and, of course, the power-retractable top on convertible models.
